About the RoleOur client, a rapidly growing WealthTech / SaaS company operating at the intersection of wealth management, asset management, engineering, and professional services, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to strengthen their billing operations and contract management processes. The ideal candidate will evaluate existing workflows, implement process improvements, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all billing- and contract-related functions. This role will collaborate closely with finance, legal, engineering, and operations teams to streamline systems, enhance visibility, and support scalable growth in a complex, technology-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current billing and contract management processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement process enhancements that increase accuracy, scalability, and client satisfactionWork cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Professional Services, and Operations to gather requirements and ensure alignment on billing and contract strategiesCreate, update, and maintain documentation for billing procedures, contract templates, internal workflows, and operational policiesMonitor invoice status, track outstanding payments, and investigate or resolve discrepancies and client issuesSupport the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of new systems, automation tools, and technologies related to billing and contract managementConduct data analysis to provide insights that support operational decision-making and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and contract governance frameworksRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, WealthTech, or financial services environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesExperience in documenting processes, creating workflows, and standardizing operational proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling fundamentals)Familiarity with billing systems, contract management platforms, CRM tools, or financial operations softwareExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and operational rigorPreferred SkillsExperience with billing automation tools, CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems, or ERP platformsBackground supporting financial operations in a SaaS or WealthTech environmentExperience analyzing operational and financial KPIs and building dashboardsKnowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)PerksOpportunities for professional development and career growth within a scaling WealthTech organizationCollaborative, supportive work environment focused on innovation and operational excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
