We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Project Manager.
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday and a strong background in Computational Biology or Cheminformatics. This role involves leading technical projects, ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions, and contributing to the advancement of our companys mission.

Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business requirements. - Oversee the development and deployment of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications. - Ensure the scalability and reliability of Workday solutions by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements, and recommend improvements to existing solutions. - Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technical initiatives with business goals. - Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Engage with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and support for Workday solutions. -Qualifications - Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in Workday. - Demonstrate expertise in Computational Biology or Cheminformatics, with the ability to apply domain knowledge to technical projects. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Display strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering a collaborative team environment. - Have experience in integrating Workday with other systems and applications.
