Your peers will inspire, drive, support you, and make you laugh out loudWe help our customers free up time and space to become an Autonomo us Digital Enterprise that conquers the opportunities ahead - and are relentless in the pursuit of innovationTo ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 8 years of Data Science, or a related field experience.Hands on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, LLM Evaluation and LLM Fine tuningSolid understanding in NLP concepts and familiarity with NLP libraries.Familiarity in writing Python backend API’s using Fast API, Flask or other frameworks.Knowledge of fine tuning LLMs including Llama, BERT and GPT based.Self-starter and intellectual curiosityGreat communication skills, ability to explain predictive analytics to non-technical audience.Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries.Proficiency in data exploration techniques and toolsFamiliarity with observability tools and practices.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., OCP, AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data visualization techniques.Experience with Agile methodology, use of Atlassian products Jira, Confluence.Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:Worked on multiple Gen AI projects and delivered them E2E successfully.Knowledge of forecasting and predictive modeling.Any Azure or AWS Cloud certificationExperience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Familiarization with DevOps tools and concepts such as Infrastructure as code, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.Mainframe knowledge is a plus.Our commitment to youBMC’s culture is built around its people.
