Sr. Manager, Operations Transplace • Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Descripción del trabajo About the Role Operations Management (P&L Ownership, Strategic Development, Overall Operations) Carrier Relationship (Consistent and professional communications; effective, prompt, and courteous communications regarding difficult situations, relaying service failures, developing relationships that foster and grow our business, etc.) Meet or Exceed Uber Freight Targeted Financial Objectives Ensure appropriate use of internal service providers where benefits exist for Uber Freight and the Carriers Meet or exceed financial and service targets Active development, distribution, and carrier-customer alignment of business metrics that highlight both financial and service value Ensure team development and growth align with corporate development goals Basic Qualifications At least 2 years of experience leading people Excellent English language skills - verbal and written Availability to Travel (Laredo, Nashville and other US and Mexico locations) (Visa) Microsoft Suite— knowledge of Microsoft Excel Organized and effective in time management Preferred Qualifications 8-10 years experience in operations management Bachelor's degree in Administration or International Relations Experience in logistics and customer service Sense of Urgency Coordination & Collaboration Communication Skills Decisive, displays confidence in the ability to make sound decisions Determination, willingness, and ability to conciliate with customer and carrier contacts Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to envision and implement new concepts/strategies Simultaneous management of multiple tasks About Uber Freight LI-AN1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
