Junior SharePoint Developer Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a Junior SharePoint Developer. We are seeking motivated candidates eager to start or grow their careers in SharePoint development. This role will support the SharePoint team in building, customizing, and maintaining solutions while learning best practices under the guidance of senior developers. Ideal candidates are curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about technology. Key Responsibilities Assist with SharePoint site, page, and list/library creation. Implement simple customizations and workflows under senior guidance. Provide basic end‑user support and troubleshoot minor issues. Document processes, solutions, and contribute to knowledge sharing. Participate in training sessions and continuously develop technical skills. Qualifications 0–2 years of professional experience in SharePoint or related technologies. Basic knowledge of SharePoint fundamentals (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, workflows). Exposure to Power Platform, JavaScript, or .NET is a plus. Strong willingness to learn and follow best practices. Good communication and teamwork skills. Position available only for candidates located in Mexico City, State of Mexico, or Guadalajara.
