Job Description Join to apply for the Jr Cost Accountant role at Pens.com Responsibilities Inventory: Floor to sheet / sheet to floor audits to validate material accuracy. Inventory cycle count audits. Inventory analysis / reports. Failed close analysis, report and process to ensure all work orders are in correct status. Backflush review and analysis to detect and correct material consumption issues for all the work orders. Transactions and reports of the IPOs. Track, transactions and control of Purge forms, debit memos and general inventory adjustments. Physical inventory assistance: audits and controlling documents related to the process. Support with scrap report review. Support with CO & DO report analysis. Daily standard hours generation review. Manual journal entries based on requirements. Data entry for several topics/requirements. Support with weekly and/or monthly reports. Participation in projects assigned working with operations. Month end close activities based on requirements. Support to cost accounting team based on requirements. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field in process or near to end. Experience in accounting and or manufacturing sector is required. Experience in physical inventories process desirable. Experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar). Low level of English. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work with several areas/people.
