Descripción del Puesto Asegurar el mantenimiento de una relación de negocios positiva con la cartera de clientes que compone la cartera de clientes comercial para lograr la satisfacción de los clientes y el impacto en incremento en las ventas en mercado Comercial. Proveer capacitación continua al personal del área comercial para asegurar un excelente servicio. Garantizar conocimiento de procesos operativos comerciales. Revisar y dar seguimiento diario a los indicadores establecidos para garantizar el logro de objetivos mediante indicadores de Ventas Comercial (utilidad). Reducción de accidentes de unidades y Satisfacción al cliente. Concretar la venta a Clientes de División Comercial a través de BDD Comercial. Creación y seguimiento de órdenes de compra, cierre administrativo de ventas, cotizaciones, promociones, y realizar llamadas de prospección para el desarrollo de clientes. Establecer planes de trabajo en conjunto con Gerente de Tienda para coordinar su ejecución de acuerdo a los planes de negocio comercial y recursos disponibles. Garantizar la correcta ejecución de políticas y procedimientos operativos para Comercial (Devoluciones, Cajas registradoras, cambios de precios, manejo efectivo de créditos) con el objetivo de incrementar las ventas, y ofrecer un excelente y satisfacción al cliente. Requerimientos Carrera técnica o equivalente. Área de estudios en Técnico Mecánico Automotriz, Mecánico administrador o carreras a fin. De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en autopartes o refacciones como supervisor de servicio de agencia automotriz, asesor comercial en Agencia, Especialista mostrador agencia, Asesor comercial en Talleres Cadena. Habilidades en Refacciones automotrices y en manejo de computadora. Disponibilidad de Horario de Lunes a Sábado.
