This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the East Hampton rental market, across both short-term (STR) and long-term (LTR) rentalsRemote | Property Located in NYCKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage pricing strategies for STR and LTR listingsList and optimize the property on Airbnb and VRBOMonitor market trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing in East HamptonMaximize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performanceAdjust rates and availability based on demand, events, and local regulationsRequirementsProven experience in the East Hampton rental market (STR + LTR)Hands-on experience with Airbnb and VRBO listingsStrong understanding of East Hampton seasonality and guest demandData-driven approach to revenue and pricing decisionsAbility to work independently and manage listings end-to-endNice to HaveExperience with revenue management tools (PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse, etc.)Knowledge of local STR regulations and compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
