Local Unit & Position Description : DNV - Markets, Risk and Power Grids group is seeking a Risk leader to join our Risk team, to develop qualitative and quantitative analysis as: Process Hazard Analysis, Environmental Analysis and SIL evaluations to chemicals and petrochemicals facilities. This position is based out of our Mexico City or Villahermosa, Tabasco DNV offices. What You'll Do We are looking for a leader, capable of managing projects Capable to work under pressure, good understanding of client requirements To deliver the final report in accordance with schedule (normally monthly) and the quality of DNV brand, resource management (human and materials) Qualitative and quantitative methodologies for hazard identifications and risk evaluation, functional safety, instrumentation systems, knowledge in the national and international standards, experience in O&G industry Position Qualifications : What is Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, etc.) Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk analysis / functional safety for onshore / offshore oil and gas facilities Knowledge in Chemical processes, instrumentation, Hazard identification methodologies, Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree Analysis, Matrix Risk Analysis, consequence analysis (software PHAST handled), functional safety Capable to handle multidisciplinary groups in workshops Able to work under pressure, capable to build good relationships with client and colleagues, available to share knowledge and learn new competences Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time Valid driver's license Excellent written and verbal English communication skills We conduct pre‑employment background screening What is Preferred Higher degree in a related field Rig pass Sea book SPPTR What We Offer Paid time off (Vacation days above the law, sick days, company holidays, personal days) Medical, Dental, Vision plan benefits Pension Plan Company provided life insurance Christmas Bonus Food Tickets Flexible work schedule with hybrid / remote opportunities Advancement opportunities Benefits vary based on position, tenure, location, and employee election Company & Business Area Description : DNV is the independent expert in assurance and risk management, operating in more than 100 countries.
