As Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will drive the financial performance and results of a business unit and lead an effective financial controls environment to assess business decisions ensuring compliance adherence Key Responsibilities Reporting driving profitable growth and return on investment and guarantee financial analysis rely on high quality data for accurate predictability and broad understanding of spending dynamics (Seasonal, Spending classification, reserve processes, assurance of POs spending) Alert leadership teams when course correction, optimizations or accelerated spending is needed and owner of stretch action plans related to the specific Cost Centers (1-timers, phasing, risk, and opportunities) Owner of Capex related spending (Project 1-time expenses, incremental spending, committed savings) Connect optimally with Finance service center (GBS) following-up account analysis to assure accurate accounting Support digital ongoing agenda including Central Finance and Global template (standardization and SAP agenda) Identify inflationary and currency impacts to continuously improve predictability and collaborates with multiple partners (Commercial-Marketing, Procurement, Supply chain, Service centers) Support Operational Capex execution (Approvals, Execution, Return Of Investment assessment) Qualifications Bachelor ’s Degree in financial or accounting sciences Proficient in English advanced level is required 3-5 years of proven experience preferred in financial planning analysis being expert on reporting spending big picture and relevant details Proven experienced by using an ERP (Oracle, SAP), Ms. Excel, PowerPoint Highly skilled to supervise financial spending identifying and anticipating risks and opportunities, agile working with spreadsheets coordinating big amounts of data into executive summaries, strong written and spoken communication assuring business reviews and workshop are well prepared in advance and are performing focused on the central topics with clear outcomes, build strong connections with team members gaining confidence and speeding-up processes ABOUT US PPG : WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD The PPG Way Every single day at PPG : We partner with customers to create mutual value.
