Looking for a n8n / AI Automation Superstar Mission Own and build AI-driven automation workflows using n8n as a core orchestration layer. Turn product logic and AI requirements into reliable, scalable, production-grade automations . This role is critical. If you are not deeply experienced with n8n and AI agents, this role is not for you. This Role Is NOT A beginner or intermediate n8n user Someone who "played with n8n" A generic automation engineer A prompt-only or no-code-only role If you need tutorials to build workflows, stop here. Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) Deep, hands-on experience with n8n (production usage) Strong experience building AI agent workflows Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Strong understanding of API integrations Experience handling: retries error handling fallbacks rate limits Knowledge of stateful vs stateless workflows Experience designing maintainable, modular automation logic Comfortable working with complex branching logic and conditional flows Familiar with frequent n8n updates and changes Responsibilities Design and implement AI agent workflows in n8n Decide which models to use and when Build robust automation logic (not fragile demos) Integrate APIs, internal services, and data sources Ensure workflows are debuggable, observable, and stable Work closely with product logic and AI requirements Optimize performance and cost where relevant Mindset Required Thinks in systems, not single workflows Obsessive about reliability Understands that broken automations = broken business Moves fast without creating fragile flows
