Position summary IT Platforms are the baseline for the whole IT organization to operate. We are responsible to ensure that we are ready to run and maintain the constant innovation Nestlé has been pursuing. You will work in a highly skilled professional Regional team, supporting a Product Base Organization, including the On‑Premises and Cloud infrastructure for all factories, warehouses and headquarters in the AMS Region for the markets where Nestlé has operations. A Day in the Life of an IS/IT Senior Specialist Wintel Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the proper implementation, operation, support and retirement of all products under ITP Wintel scope (Windows Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Backup and Cloud Computing) Take care of CAPEX/OPEX for ITP Wintel in Brazil market (plan and execution) Support any compliance issue related to Wintel scope, being in contact with local and global compliance managers Coach the 3rd party vendors for ITIL related stuff, specially changes and problems Requirements 7+ years of experience in IT, preferably in global companies, with multicultural teams, 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure landscape like Windows Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Backups, Network and Cloud Computing, Good ITIL background (Incident, Request, Change and Problem modules), Able to effectively work with virtual teams across functions and cultures, Possessing good communication skills for managing stakeholders in the business, and English, both spoken and written. Experience working with Product Portfolio and Agile methodologies like Scrum is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
