Contract : Long Term Cross site and Cross BG Scope: Mexico Responsibilities : Provides administrative support to Buyers and handles administrative requests related to purchasing activities Manages Supplier Master Data (supplier creation, supplier changes) upon request from Buyers Manages purchase transactions in Purchasing IT systems (SAP, Ivalua) in accordance with applicable standards of OPmobility (spot orders and open orders) Complies with the company's purchasing policies and procedures. Profile : Graduated high school 2 years of experience in a similar position Good knowledge of SAP MM Good knowledge of internet usage Knowledge MS Office Knowlege of Power BI Beneficial : Knowledge of Ivalua purchasing platform or similar system Attention to details and problem-solving skills Data analysis skills Excellent written and oral communication skills, expected for communication within the organization Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitasking Customer oriented Ability to adapt to a changing environment The ability to foresee the situation Commitment to achieving goals Team collaboration As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams, and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
