General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accountant Monterrey, Nuevo León, México – ZF Group Descripción del trabajo Trabajará en un entorno donde la innovación y la mejora continua son fundamentales, motivándole a proponer ideas y soluciones. Será responsable de las actividades de General Ledger y Fixed Assets, que incluyen asientos contables, conciliaciones de cuentas, balances intercompany, depreciación y conciliación de CIP. Responsabilidades principales Crear, calcular y registrar asientos contables. Conciliación de cuentas tanto en GL como en FA. Balance y análisis de intercompany. Cálculos de depreciación y proceso de capitalización de activos fijos. Conciliación CIP. Cierre mensual y presentación de balances a la sede central. Preparación de paquetes de reportes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales. Asegurar que las políticas y procedimientos estén actualizados y documentados. Fomentar un excelente servicio al cliente para las unidades operativas de ZF y la finanzas corporativas. Perfil requerido Título universitario en Contabilidad o Finanzas. 1 a 5 años de experiencia en GL y FA. Bilingüe en inglés y español (Bilingual English/Spanish). Enfoque proactivo y dedicación al trabajo en equipo. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y mejora continua. Muy buenas habilidades informáticas con MS Office. Conocimiento en sistemas SAP/QAD es una ventaja. Conocimiento de normativas MX y US GAAP. Amplia experiencia en controles internos.
