Company Description DY Corporation is a South Korean company founded in 1978. Throughout the years DY has become a globally competitive supplier of hydro automotive components for industrial machinery mainly focused in heavy duty. DY has been expanding around different countries such as Japan, China, India, USA and soon to be Mexico. The site in Mexico is named DY Mechatronics and it is now in construction, expecting to be finished by the end of 2024. It is so far one of the biggest and most important projects held by the corporation, the reason why we are very excited to work on our new team. Position Materials Management Coordinator Location Apodaca, Nuevo León Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role as a Materials Management Coordinator located in Nuevo León. The Materials Management Coordinator will be responsible for guaranteeing the correct productivity and effectiveness of warehouse processes, developing them fluidly and appropriately, ensuring the reliability of the inventory and keeping the stock of necessary materials available at all times. Precision in import logistics in a timely manner. Qualifications Understand the structure of the bill of materials. Full control of the raw material warehouse. Supervise the operation of the warehouse. Process of receiving and leaving goods from the warehouse. Supervise the supply of common use to the areas. Total inventory management. High percentage of warehouse inventory reliability (theoretical vs. practical). Total stock management of minimums and maximums per piece, ensuring the availability of inputs. Full experience in customs clearance and import logistics. Full experience in acquisition and maintenance management by IMMEX, PROSEC. Document management of imports (permits, certificates). Communication with local and foreign suppliers to follow up on the delivery of materials. Management and operation of the System Master. Requirements Experience working with SAP. Communicates well both in writing and verbally (Spanish and English). Inventory Management Expert. Experience in mastering the activities and processes of the raw material warehouse. Mastery of import logistics. Knowledge of IMMEX and PROSEC. Skills in managing import documentation. Security competences. Legal requirements in the safety field. Safety regulations. Recruitment Process Once the profile is reviewed by the HR and administration staff you will receive a call or a message from DY Mechatronics Mexico. It is a 3‑step process which requires 3 different interviews. The first interview is held by phone call from the HR staff for general information and CV fact check. The second one follows up with a face‑to‑face interview in our offices with the participation of the administrative staff as well as the HR team. The last but not least interview is held with the participation of our vice‑president and staff in which the final decision is made.
