Descripción del trabajoOur team is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our brilliant Operations team We want someone who is excited to bring value and success to our partners by executing our process workflows. We help brands and agencies interpret the hard‑to‑read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real‑world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Our award‑winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client's use case for SignalCreate a Strategic Account Plan (SAP) for clientsConfigure the product per the SAPEnsure client satisfaction and successful implementation by the clientAnalyze data and drive value for the clientRequirements2+ years experience in a Client Success team as an individual contributorPrevious experience in SaaS based products, especially around dataExperience with SA 360, Campaign Manager, and Tag Manager; certification preferredSQL knowledgeAbility to analyze, interpret, and present dataComfortable working with Director level & above clientsTeam playerNice to HaveExperience within the health industryBasic Python skillsExperience with automationStrategic thinkingPosition DetailsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $60,****** - $70,****** al mesHorario:Lunes a viernesTurno de 8 horasIdioma: Inglés (Obligatorio) #J-18808-Ljbffr
