We are looking for a Cybersecurity Lead with expertise in AWS, cloud security, and DevSecOps, capable of leading Red Team investigations, incident response, and cross-team collaborations while ensuring compliance and driving security innovation.Responsibilities Define strategies for security tools, controls, and policies, ensuring strict compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Lead a Red Team Investigation service, developing a comprehensive offensive security capability, including personnel development, tooling, and processes to foster a defensive security mindset. Represent the organization in security incident response scenarios, leading cross-team remediation efforts and communicating risks and business impact to senior leadership. Build strategic partnerships with key areas such as Global Information Security, Digital Risk Management, and Digital Architecture. Act as a security advocate across the organization, promoting a DevSecOps and shift-left security approach. Stay up to date with security trends and best practices, continuously evaluating new capabilities, making recommendations, and developing business cases for security investments. Drive security innovation within the team and the broader organization by developing resources and processes to tackle security challenges in new ways. Requirements Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Lead or similar role. Expert knowledge of cloud security, particularly AWS, and credential management principles, with the ability to apply security and identity policies effectively. Extensive experience in designing, managing, and operating large-scale AWS platforms for multiple customers. Strong background in secure integration, data modeling, marketing automation, CI/CD, microservices, AWS development, container-based, and serverless architectures. Experience leading global remote teams in a DevSecOps environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and deliver compelling security presentations to various stakeholders. Ability to collaborate in a complex, matrixed environment with geographically distributed teams. Nice to Have Recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or AWS Certified Security. Experience in highly regulated industries, such as life sciences. Familiarity with multi-account and multi-cloud deployments.
