What You’ll Be Doing Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Plan and anticipate the resources required to successfully achieve the established objectives. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to the approved budget. Communicate clear and regular project updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels. Track progress and implement timely adjustments to keep the project on the right course. Evaluate project performance, identifying improvement opportunities and applying best practices. Coordinate and follow up on critical activities, ensuring on‑time execution and proactively resolving issues.
