Overview The Finance Management Analyst position focuses on optimizing liquidity and strengthening financial operations through strategic finance management. This role involves creating financial excellence through cash management and insightful forecasting, managing daily financial resources, executing billing processes, and developing comprehensive financial analyses to support business decision-making and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Managing and optimizing daily cash positions and financial resources across multiple banking platforms. Processing payment transactions with exacting accuracy while following established protocols and compliance requirements. Executing and monitoring comprehensive invoicing and collection activities throughout billing cycles. Maintaining comprehensive financial data and records within ERP systems and databases. Developing sophisticated cash flow projections and financial forecasting models for strategic planning. Monitoring overdue accounts receivable and implementing strategic follow-up actions for collection optimization. Creating detailed financial analyses and reports highlighting collection issues, payment trends, and performance metrics. Balancing cash accounts and reconciling banking transactions on a daily basis for accuracy assurance. Collaborating with diverse departments to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and operational issues. Identifying and proposing process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and operational effectiveness. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field with strong quantitative and analytical foundation. Treasury Operations: Comprehensive experience in treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity optimization across business environments. Financial Analysis: Proven background in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation for strategic decision-making support. Systems Knowledge: Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, financial databases, and accounting software for data management and reporting. Analytical Precision: Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing. Forecasting Expertise: Demonstrated experience with financial projections, cash flow management, and predictive modeling techniques.
