Descripción del trabajo Senior Project Manager • Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Monterrey - Montevideo - Remote. Brazil - Remote. LATAM Client: Our client is an Innovative travel organization that links up and offers assistance to their network of travel partners. We invite to the company, not a project Proyecto y equipo Proyecto con 15 personas, incluyendo desarrolladores móviles y backend, QA, QA automation, BA, Architect, TLs, y PM. El equipo ampliado incluye stakeholders clave del cliente como diseñador, PO y otros perfiles técnicos. El equipo usa Scrum con Azure DevOps. Posición Estamos buscando un/a Senior PM con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y fluidez en inglés. Responsabilidades Coordinar el equipo y facilitar la coordinación entre las distintas facetas del equipo tanto interna como externamente. Colaborar con el cliente en la planificación y roadmapping. Ayudar al equipo con las ceremonias de Scrum y otras actividades. Gestionar el equipo, enfocándose en rendimiento, bienestar y aspiraciones de carrera. Mantener un bajo índice de rotación del equipo. Adecuarse a cambios en el proceso y comunicarlos a stakeholders internos y externos. Proporcionar reportes de estado. Controlar vacaciones, permisos, horas extra y bonos. Gestionar riesgos. Requisitos Conocimiento de Scrum y marcos ágiles. Experiencia con Azure DevOps, herramientas de reporte y ofimática; 5 años de experiencia como PM, trabajando con equipos medianos o grandes. La experiencia técnica sería deseable. Buen nivel de inglés hablado. Oferta Vacaciones: Conforme a la legislación de tu país. Se solicita tomar un descanso adecuado.
