Objetivo del puesto : Liderar la estrategia de investigación de experiencia de usuario (UX) y experiencia de cliente (CX) para los productos digitales de Kapital en México y Colombia. Lo que harás : Definir y liderar la estrategia regional de investigación UX y CX, incluyendo México y Colombia. Planificar y ejecutar estudios cualitativos y cuantitativos (entrevistas, encuestas, test de usabilidad, análisis de datos) para identificar oportunidades de mejora y soportar decisiones de producto. Coordinar, guiar y mentorizar al equipo de research, garantizando calidad, consistencia y buenas prácticas en la documentación y difusión de hallazgos. Traducir los insights de usuarios y clientes en recomendaciones que impacten roadmap, diseño, canales digitales y experiencia de cliente. Presentar a stakeholders y dirección hallazgos estratégicos y planes de acción, asegurando visibilidad, seguimiento e implementación. Desarrollar y mantener un repositorio regional de investigación, estableciendo estándares, herramientas y procesos de research ops. Entregables / Artefactos : Planes y estrategias de investigación UX / CX regionales. Reportes ejecutivos con insights priorizados, gráficos y recomendaciones clave. Mapas de experiencia, customer journeys y service blueprints que atraviesen canales digitales y físicos. Benchmarks de industria México & Colombia y comparativas de tendencia. Repositorio de investigación consolidado, con documentación, buenas prácticas y hallazgos reutilizables. Características de la vacante : Zona de trabajo : CDMX, Álvaro Obregón. Modalidad : Presencial. Requisitos mínimos : 5 años en investigación UX o CX o roles afines. 2 años liderando equipos de research o liderazgo de estudios de experiencia de cliente. Participación demostrada en proyectos de transformación digital o rediseño de experiencia para usuarios finales. Experiencia indispensable en el sector de banca digital o fintech, con comprensión de regulaciones, canales digitales y comportamiento financiero. Dominio de técnicas de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa. Experiencia en integración de métricas CX (NPS, CES, CSAT) y datos de usuario para generar insights estratégicos. Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y frameworks de diseño centrado en el usuario. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable). REQUISITOS #J-18808-Ljbffr
