Digital and Brand Marketing Associate Location: Remote, Offshore (LATAM Preferred) Department: Business Operations Role Summary We are launching an initiative focused on achieving completeness and consistency across all market-facing communications. This project requires a detail-oriented marketing professional to lead the effort in ensuring completeness to clear and unified communication of our service portfolio to the market. This role will be responsible for sharpening our brand voice, developing clear and compelling client-facing content, and ensuring our value proposition is communicated consistently across all service lines and platforms—including our website, social media, proposals, and marketing collateral. The ultimate goal is to create a unified, compelling message that resonates with current clients, attracts new business, and supports long-term growth. Core Responsibilities The ideal candidate will combine organized task management with hands‑on execution. You will be encouraged to help define the project approach and structure your work across three phases: PHASE 1: Brand Identity & Messaging Review (5%) Company mission, vision, and value proposition statements Brand positioning and differentiators (how we stand out in the market) Tone of voice and messaging framework (consistent language for all platforms) Visual identity (logo, color palette, typography, brand guidelines) Definition of all Service Lines and corresponding offerings PHASE 2: Collateral and Content Resources Development (75%) Sales & Client‑Facing Materials Develop new proposal templates and pitch decks Create detailed case studies and client success stories Produce one‑pagers, brochures, and comprehensive service overviews Design effective sales and client onboarding email templates Internal & Partner Communications Establish internal messaging guidelines for staff (how employees talk about the company) Standardize language for partnerships and vendor communications Develop consistent onboarding materials for new clients or partners PHASE 3: Digital Presence Audit & Strategy (20%) Website content, structure, and design Search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and keywords Social media profiles, bios, and posting strategy Ideal Candidate Profile Project Management & Task-Oriented: Combines a focus on staying organized to ensure project completion with the hands‑on execution needed to create high-quality, final assets Brand Champion: Passionate about ensuring continuity across all channels, including client-facing collateral, proposals, website, and social platforms Experience: Proven background in brand execution, content marketing, or sales enablement resource creation Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required to articulate complex services clearly and consistently Location: Remote, offshore, with strong preference for candidates based in LATAM #J-18808-Ljbffr
