Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Microsoft Stack) Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia – Full-time – Mid‑Senior level – Engineering and Information Technology – IT Services and IT Consulting, Software Development, and IT System Custom Software Development About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with deep expertise across the Microsoft engineering stack. You will help modernize our legal practice management platform by building new features, migrating legacy components, and leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to maximize productivity. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable applications using the Microsoft stack. Develop responsive, maintainable front‑end features using React, TypeScript, or other modern frameworks. Write secure, performant backend code in C# / .NET / .NET Core for RESTful services and microservices. Implement service‑oriented architecture with API‑first development. Use Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and advanced T‑SQL for database operations. Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning. Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to boost consistency and development speed. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. Work closely with cross‑functional teams via Microsoft Teams. Participate in product updates and technical discussions. Required Qualifications ✔️ 7+ years of professional experience with .NET backend development. ✔️ Strong front‑end skills with React, TypeScript. ✔️ Proven experience building & debugging RESTful APIs and microservices. ✔️ Strong knowledge of SQL Server & T‑SQL performance tuning. ✔️ Hands‑on experience with Entity Framework & ADO.NET. ✔️ Experience deploying applications to Azure or AWS (S3, RDS, serverless). Bonus / Preferred Experience ⭐ AI coding tools for automation / productivity. ⭐ DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or IaC. ⭐ Docker or containerization exposure. Benefits 15 days of PTO. Ready to apply?
