Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing production processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers, develop technical skills, and apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and optimization of production layouts.Create visual aids and work instructions.Provide direct support to manufacturing engineers.Participate in general processes: assembly, wiring, and use of tools.Perform BOM (Bill of Materials) changes.Cost production orders in SAP.Organize routes and production orders.Develop and update procedures.Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality.Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.Eligible MajorsIndustrial EngineeringMechanical EngineeringAdministrative Engineering(Or related fields: Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics)RequirementsCurrently pursuing an engineering degree with at least 1 year remaining until graduation.Advanced-Intermediate English proficiency.Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics.Soft Skills:ProactivityWillingness to learnContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to prioritize tasks effectivelyPreferredExperience with Power Apps and Power BI.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.Understanding of statistical analysis.What We OfferAgreements with universities to validate internships.Career development plan for interns.Free transportation and cafeteria"We believe that employee diversity is a key element of our common future.
