You will also contribute structured feedback and problem-solving insights to help improve AI model performance. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity suited for analytical professionals with strong technical and programming foundations.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and reliabilityCreate and answer computer science and data-related questions to train AI modelsProvide clear, structured feedback to improve AI-generated responsesExplain technical and programming concepts clearly in Spanish and English, as requiredIdentify logical errors, performance issues, and inconsistencies in AI outputsCollaborate across multiple projects based on skills, expertise, and availabilityAdhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional fluency in Spanish; English proficiency preferredStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsExcellent technical writing and documentation abilityPreferred: 1+ year of relevant professional experience in data analysis, software development, or related rolesEligibility & Work AuthorizationCandidates must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in one of the following locations:Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, Puerto Rico, or the Dominican RepublicCompensationHourly compensation ranging from USD $15–$32, based on task complexity and experiencePayments are issued weekly via supported payout platformsContractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligationsFull compensation details are shared prior to task acceptanceWork ArrangementFully remote and asynchronousFlexible scheduling based on project needsEqual Opportunity StatementSelection decisions are based solely on skills, qualifications, and project requirements.
