Join to apply for the Credit Analyst (Remote) - 49649049011 role at Somewhere Position Summary Conducts credit investigations and collects delinquent accounts while providing key reporting and compliance advisement to the Company’s management team. Scope of Duties Conduct credit investigations and verify financial status of new and existing customers. Prepare documentation to support findings and recommend credit approvals, rejections, and credit limits. Review and validate credit limits to ensure alignment with current business needs. Analyze customer financial data using Experian reports and credit references as required. Monitor collection reports regularly to assess outstanding balances and receivables. Review and release orders on credit hold throughout the day. Audit delinquent accounts to confirm appropriate internal and external collection actions. Recommend monthly write-offs for bad debt and submit claims to external collection agencies. Respond to customer service inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Prepare monthly delinquency reports and additional management reports as requested. Advise management on risks, issues, and procedural changes to ensure policy compliance. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong working knowledge of general business practices and accounting principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret customer purchase orders, contracts, IT billing requirement documents, and other client-related documentation. Knowledge of Billing and A/R systems; AS400 experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while contributing to team goals. Salesforce experience is a plus. Education And Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
