About Us PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1972 as a 5-truck operation. About This Opportunity As a Driver Resources Specialist, you will prevent driver turnover on a daily basis, contacting drivers and giving them a proper solution to their problems. You will plan and help develop drivers to help them achieve their goals, conveying this to all the involved departments in order to keep effective communication. Schedule Monday to Friday 7:00 pm to 4:30 pm Responsibilities Prevent driver turnover on a daily basis. Keep constant, effective and professional communication with drivers. Plan to develop and achieve driver goals. Team player with driver managers to ensure improvement. Be communicative to notify all departments involved. Be proactive. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field. Good level of English. Experience in transportation. Communicative. Experience in handling truck drivers.
