Factory Planning Manager

About the Role Responsible for all supply planning activities within the factory (Scheduling, production planning, capacity planning, materials planning, master data maintenance). Driving RCA and CI with all factory functions to secure the right service level on raw materials, WIP and finished goods. If this is you, we'd love to talk. What You Will Do Member of the site leadership team. Leading a team responsible for the production planning and scheduling Leading a team responsible for materials planning Own the local S&OP process within the site and support the Global S&OP process with global functions. Main Interface between factory and leaders of global functions like Global Supply Planning Manager, Global Planning Excellence Manager and Global Quality Manager Responsible for production planning and line scheduling of short term production orders in close collaboration with production supervisors and respecting capacity, raw material availability and manpower. Drive RCA and CI with Operations Manager, Procurement Manager and Initiative manager to continuously improve plan adherence hence service level. Improving Supply Planning systems and processes together with Global IT and Global Supply Planning Organization and execution of local scrapping process Who You Are Bachelor/master degree, >10 years of experience in SC/Logistics environment >3 years of leading a team Strong analytical skills and derive insights from big data Profound knowledge in the areas of production, materials and production planning Very good local language skills and English fluent Strong Excel skills ERP knowledge preferably in BPCS and SAP or others Strong communication skills Holistic thinking mindset What We Can Offer You Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
