Global DCI NPD Engineer 125V Join Littelfuse as a Global DCI NPD Engineer. Littelfuse is a leading manufacturer of electronic components with operations in 15 countries. The role manages operational aspects of small engineering projects from inception through implementation, coordinating cross‑functional teams. About Your Role New product development of low‑voltage electrical products. Participate in the introduction of new product designs into production. Evaluate existing product lines and identify design modifications for cost reduction and/or performance improvement. Interface with customers to define applications and fuse requirements, identifying product design opportunities and solutions. Maintain accurate project planning documentation, including schedule and resource plans. Coordinate the relationship with the team for flawless execution of projects. Track, report on relevant communications, including issues, dependencies and risks in accordance with project governance. Other duties as assigned. About You Education: Bachelor’s or university degree in Engineering. Experience: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication). 5 years of experience designing electromechanical products. 5 years of experience with 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred). Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proven project management skills. Familiarity with manufacturing processes. Knowledge of third‑party agency approval processes.
