Overview Salesforce Admin/Engineer Bilingue (100% Remoto) Responsibilities 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce CRM. In-depth administrative knowledge of CRM and CLM applications. Provide day-to-day production support for Enterprise Systems such as Salesforce. Gather and document formal business requirements from various stakeholders. Meet SLAs on production support tickets. Collaborate with the Global Enterprise Systems team. Work closely with the Sales and Renewals team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support CPQ solutions for all aspects of the organization. Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation. Provide strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, identify alternatives, and design and deploy quality solutions. Work with the development team to ensure the design and development of technology solutions fulfills all business requirements and customer experience objectives. Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Candidate must have experience in software development.
