Role Overview We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs / BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy and a rigorous work ethic. The role requires organisation, persistence, analytical thinking, hard work, and a passion for learning new technologies and experimenting with new outbound approaches.
