Insurance Claims & Client Support Coordinator (Part-Time) Join to apply for the Insurance Claims & Client Support Coordinator (Part-Time) role at CS Outsource We’re looking for a part-time Insurance Claims & Client Support Coordinator to support day-to-day insurance-related operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing claims, leads, and client communication while handling essential administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure claims move forward smoothly, documentation is accurate, and follow-ups are completed on time. Key Responsibilities Manage and track insurance claims from initial intake through resolution Handle incoming leads and coordinate follow-ups with clients and adjusters Serve as a point of contact for client communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms Prepare, organize, and submit job-related documents, estimates, and reports Follow up on open claims, approvals, and pending documentation Maintain accurate records and update internal systems or CRMs Assist with general administrative support related to insurance jobs and projects Requirements Prior experience with insurance claims management or insurance-related administrative work Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple claims and tasks at once High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills Comfortable working independently in a remote/part-time setup Experience with estimates, documentation, or adjuster coordination is a plus Job Attributes Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Part-time Job function: Other Industries: Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
