Make your move, Join us Job Description We are seeking a highly analyticalData Analystwith a solid understanding ofautomotive systems and componentsto support engineering, design, and change management activities. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with vehicle architecture including systems such aspropshafts, IP consoles, and overall vehicle integrationand will provide data-driven insights to enhance performance, efficiency, and decision‑making across projects. Key Responsibilities Analyze engineering and manufacturing data related tovehicle systems and components. SupportEngineering Change Management (ECM)by maintaining accurate data and impact analyses. Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards usingExcel (advanced formulas, macros)andPower BI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Create and maintain data models to support cost, weight, and performance analysis. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources and systems. Prepare visual reports and summaries for technical and management reviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. 5 years of experience in anautomotive or engineering environment. Strong knowledge ofvehicle systems, ideally includingpropshafts, IP console, closures, or chassis components. Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel(pivot tables, macros, VBA). Experience inPower BIfor data visualization and performance dashboards. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working remotely in anEnglish-speaking, global environment. Preferred Skills Experience withengineering change processesandvehicle BOM data. Knowledge ofTeamcenter, PLM, or automotive data management systems. Ability to communicate complex technical data in a clear, concise way.
