Job Title: Leisure Sales Manager Job Description: Direct and manage all transient sales activities to maximize revenue for the hotel by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior. Prepare and implement strategic sales plans that align with business objectives, setting SMART goals to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Develop rates strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management ensuring optimal pricing for maximum profitability. Participate in sales presentations property tours and customer meetings leveraging excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct business review meetings strategic sales meetings management meetings as required/ requested effectively communicating progress status concerns issues & solutions continually seeking ways improve team performance continuously evaluate quality improvement opportunities.
