Sales Manager Job Description As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales and business development across multiple industries. This role combines field visits with remote collaboration to drive growth and success. This includes overseeing a team of seven retail specialists and developing strategies to increase sales in areas such as mining, chemicals, pulp and paper, automotive, food and beverage, power generation, sugar, and cement. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, lead coaching, and plan and execute sales strategies. Collaboration with corporate areas is essential for smooth commercial execution. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence multiple organizational levels. A bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, along with 5+ years of experience in industrial or technical sales, is required.
