Production Artist Hogarth is the Global Content Production Company partnered with top brands like Coca‑Cola, Ford, Rolex, Nestlé and Dyson. With a global team of over 7,500 craft and technology experts, Hogarth delivers relevant, engaging and measurable content across all channels and media. Duties Translate creative layouts into precise, production‑ready files for print, digital and multimedia deliverables. Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical specs and quality standards. Manage versioning and resizing of creative assets across platforms. Collaborate with designers, art directors, project managers and vendors to troubleshoot production issues. Pre‑flight and package print files, ensuring accuracy in color, typography, image resolution and mechanicals. Prepare and optimize assets for web, social and digital media campaigns. Maintain organized file management systems and version control. Support creative team with retouching, photo manipulation and light design tasks as needed. Requirements 3–5 years of experience as a Production Artist in an advertising agency, in‑house creative department or similar environment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus). Familiarity with preparing assets for both print and digital, including knowledge of pre‑press, color management and digital ad specifications. Skills Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency and deadlines. Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
