About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Azure Cloud to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and scaling modern web applications that leverage LLMs, RAG workflows, and cloud-native infrastructure. The role involves working across the backend (Django/Django REST Framework, Python, OpenAI integrations) and frontend (React, Vite, TypeScript, Material UI), while also architecting and optimizing cloud infrastructure with Azure, Docker containers, Redis, and Postgres. Responsibilities: Backend Development Build RESTful APIs and services with Django + Django REST Framework. Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Service) into backend workflows. Implement and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. Design scalable data models and optimize queries with Postgres. Configure caching and background task processing with Redis. Frontend Development Develop rich, performant interfaces using React, Vite, TypeScript, and Material UI. Implement responsive and accessible UI components that integrate with backend APIs. Collaborate with product/design teams to deliver user-friendly workflows. Cloud & Infrastructure Containerize applications with Docker and deploy to Azure App Service / Container Apps. Configure and manage Azure resources, including Azure AI Agents, Azure Cognitive Search, SharePoint connectors, and Bing grounding integrations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance across environments. Feature Development Examples Implement LLM integrations with Bing Search using Azure grounding. Connect chat sessions to RAG workflows for contextually aware conversations. Configure Azure Agents and SharePoint to provide contextual knowledge to LLMs. Build secure authentication flows and role-based access controls for applications. Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in cloud-native environments. Strong proficiency with Python, Django, Django REST Framework. Experience with React, Vite, TypeScript, Material UI for modern frontends. Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud services (App Service, Container Apps, Azure AI, Cognitive Search, etc.). Proficiency in Docker, Redis, and Postgres. Experience implementing RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, or conversational AI features a strong plus. Solid understanding of software architecture, security, and performance optimization.
