Responsabilities Design, follow up and analyze KPIs of HR such as turnover, absenteeism, training and exit survey. Propose improvements based on the analysis of key indicators. Generate dynamic dashboards in Power BI to support decision making. Automate processes that make the talent data management more efficient. Qualifications Experience in People Analytics, compensation and HR metrics. Solid knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel. Ability to translate data into strategic insights. Basic knowledge of compensation preference in Mercer methodology. Location: Col. Granada CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.
