Job Title: Product Owner | Location: Remote, Mexico At Motivus, we're redefining digital transformation by combining cutting‑edge technology with a culture focused on innovation, sustainability, and impact. Our team of over 1,600 professionals delivers high‑impact software and digital services that empower clients to reach new heights. As a Product Owner at Motivus, you will support the full product and delivery lifecycle by managing the backlog, keeping technical and functional documentation structured and up to date, and coordinating activities across business and technical teams. You will help validate requirements, track progress, identify risks and dependencies, support basic testing, and ensure that releases, validations, and device certifications happen smoothly and on time. Overall, you act as a key enabler who brings clarity, organization, and continuity to all project activities. Responsibilities Manage backlog items, prioritization, risks, issues, and impediments following Scrum / Kanban methodologies. Support requirement validation, functional testing, test case execution, and defect tracking. Ensure timely delivery, quality of deliverables, and proper follow‑up on assigned tasks. Prioritize and manage recurring and emerging project activities (releases, hypercare, validations, certifications). Qualifications Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), including backlog management, user stories, task breakdown, risk tracking, and dependency management. Experience managing technical and functional documentation in SharePoint, OneDrive, ServiceNow, and ADO / VSTS. Basic QA / Testing knowledge: requirement validation, functional testing, test case execution, and bug documentation. Proficiency with tools such as MS Teams, ServiceNow, and ADO / VSTS for task tracking and reporting. Intermediate / Advanced English (written and spoken) for documentation and communication with global teams. Previous experience in technical‑functional roles such as Product Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar. Exposure to advanced QA / testing practices or validation cycles. Experience working in global, distributed, or cross‑regional teams. Demonstrated ability to generate high‑quality documentation and operational reports.
