About The Role As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will design, execute, and optimize lead generation strategies, working closely with the marketing team to attract qualified prospects and maintain their engagement throughout their lifecycle. You will manage automation tools, analyze key metrics, and coordinate with other teams to ensure effective lead transfer. Your role is crucial in ensuring a constant flow of high‑quality leads aligned with Holafly’s growth objectives. Develop and execute specific strategies for lead acquisition in different markets and channels (affiliate, influencer marketing), tailored to local behaviors and needs. Manage workflow to generate qualified leads on a consistent basis. Qualify leads and assess their level of interest. Collaborate with the Lead Gen Manager to adjust lead generation strategies based on conversion rate analysis and team performance. Continuously track lead generation metrics, adjusting tactics in real‑time to improve results. Administer automation tools (CRM, email marketing tools, prospecting software) to optimize lead capture, nurturing, and conversion. Design and manage automated workflows, ensuring proper segmentation of each lead. Maintain an up‑to‑date lead database. Analyze and design lead generation strategies, ensuring established KPIs are met (volume of leads, lead quality, conversion efficiency). Prepare regular reports for the Lead Gen Manager and marketing team, detailing performance and identifying areas for improvement. Analyze lead quality, identify trends and patterns in each market, and adjust strategies to optimize conversion. Set continuous improvement goals based on analysis of results obtained. Transfer qualified leads to the Affiliate and Influencer Marketing teams, ensuring relevance, segmentation, and potential to become strategic allies. Ensure leads are properly registered in the CRM and updated throughout the sales process. Collaborate with other marketing teams to receive feedback on lead quality and behavior along the sales funnel, improving lead generation strategies. Manage seamless communication and transfer of leads between teams, ensuring the right information is shared at the right time to maximize conversion opportunities. Qualifications Strong lead generation strategy expertise – proven ability to design, execute, and continuously optimize strategies across Spanish markets and channels. Data‑driven decision making – high analytical capability to monitor conversion rates, lead quality and funnel performance, and adjust tactics in real‑time. Automation & CRM proficiency – experience evaluating and managing automation tools (CRM, prospecting, email marketing platforms) and building scalable workflows. Cross‑functional collaboration – ability to work closely with Affiliate, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ensure effective lead transfer and strategy alignment. Operational leadership & process ownership – ownership mindset to manage end‑to‑end workflows, maintain data accuracy, track KPIs, and steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
