CoFounder & Directora General en OHGANICS Buscamos a una persona con visión estratégica, liderazgo y sensibilidad estética. Será responsable de dirigir el crecimiento de la marca, liderar al equipo de marketing (2 personas a su cargo) y coordinar campañas, lanzamientos, contenido y eventos. También gestionará agencias externas y asegurará que todas las ejecuciones estén alineadas con los objetivos de la marca. Liderazgo y estrategia: Dirigir, coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de marketing (2 personas a su cargo), estableciendo prioridades, KPIs y roadmap trimestral. Diseñar campañas de marca 360°, lanzamientos de producto y estrategias para fechas clave (Hot Sale, Buen Fin, etc.). Coordinar shootings, producciones creativas, concepto visual, storytelling y lineamientos estéticos. Planear y ejecutar eventos, activaciones y experiencias de marca. Analizar KPIs, reportes de performance y datos de comportamiento de usuarios para proponer estrategias basadas en insights. Apoyar al área comercial para incrementar ventas a través de diversos canales. Supervisar la planeación, estrategia y ejecución de marketing digital Controlar el presupuesto asignado para el área de marketing y asegurar su uso eficiente.A Administrar el presupuesto de marketing y optimizar la inversión en medios. 3-5+ años en marketing, brand management o roles afines. Experiencia liderando equipos y trabajando con agencias. Perfil estratégico, creativo, analítico y orientado a resultados. Conocimiento de Amazon Seller Central/Amazon Ads y marketing digital.
