We're looking for an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our global network infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with hands-on execution across wired and wireless networks, audiovisual systems, and office expansion projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our global workforce stays connected, secure, and supported through reliable and scalable network solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with endpoint, collaboration, and security teams to ensure seamless technology integration and user experience. Technical Skills : + Core Networking : A deep and demonstrable understanding of fundamental networking concepts, including TCP / IP, VLANs, routing / switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), VPNs, DNS, and DHCP. Hardware Platforms : Hands-on experience with networking platforms from major vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, and / or other equivalent enterprise-grade hardware. Emerging Technologies : Familiarity with and / or experience in modern networking technologies, including SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS) and Network Monitoring Tools + Security & SaaS : Experience with security platforms and cloud-native solutions, with Netskope experience being a plus. Collaboration Systems : Working knowledge of AV systems and conferencing technologies (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Neat). Other Beneficial Skills : Any experience with scripting / automation (e.g., Python, Ansible) or network automation tools is a plus. Soft Skills : + Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable solutions. Communication : Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, particularly in the context of creating and documenting change control procedures. Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or infrastructure operations, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
