Descripción del trabajo ¿Tienes experiencia en Producto y vienes de un background técnico (desarrollo, ingeniería o similar)? En una plataforma SaaS para retail, buscamos a alguien capaz de entender problemas técnicos, hablar con equipos de ingeniería, hacer discovery con clientes y traducirlo todo en soluciones funcionales claras y escalables. Si te gustan los retos, el trabajo hands‑on y evitar burocracia corporativa, este rol es para ti. Lo que harás Liderar procesos de Discovery con clientes y usuarios técnicos. Definir soluciones funcionales claras: flujos, validaciones, prototipos y requerimientos. Trabajar muy de cerca con Tecnología, PO, UX y Project Management para asegurar entregas completas. Coordinar UATs/pilotos, analizar feedback y asegurar adopción. Dar capacitación interna a Soporte y Comercial. Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y traducirlas en UTs priorizables. Lo que buscamos 3 a 4 años de experiencia en posiciones de Product Manager. Background técnico: fuiste desarrollador(a), ingeniero(a) o similar antes de migrar a Producto. Excelente comunicación con equipos técnicos (devs, QA, arquitectos). Experiencia en SaaS, startups o empresas de tecnología (NO corporativos grandes). Conocimiento de herramientas como Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro. Familiaridad con APIs, flujos funcionales y metodologías ágiles. Organización, claridad, pensamiento estructurado y mucha autonomía.
