Graphic Designer We are a dynamic hospitality design studio specializing in luxury renovations and new builds for hotels, restaurants, and multifamily developments. In addition to exceptional interior design, we offer a range of complementary services, including branding, social media strategy, custom art, and styling. We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our innovative and fast‑paced team in Dallas. Ideal candidates have a strong eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for design within the hotel and hospitality space. Key Responsibilities Brand Identity Development: Create logos, brand guidelines, and comprehensive visual systems for luxury hotel and restaurant clients. Marketing & Collateral Design: Design visually compelling presentations, print materials, and digital assets including brochures, flyers, menus, and event invitations. Custom Artwork Creation: Collaborate with the art consulting team to conceptualize and execute custom artwork, installations, and decor elements tailored to individual projects. Interior Design Support: Work closely with the interior design team to develop high‑quality renderings, 3D visualizations, and project presentations aligned with overall design goals. Visual Storytelling: Develop visual narratives that clearly communicate design concepts to both clients and internal teams. Content Curation: Partner with branding and social media teams to curate cohesive visual aesthetics and content strategies. Event Support: Create banners, backdrops, and promotional materials for trade shows and company events. Photo Retouching & Image Manipulation: Edit and enhance images to ensure visual consistency and polish across all materials. Trend Monitoring: Stay current with graphic design, branding, and digital marketing trends. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. Feedback Integration: Adapt and refine designs based on internal and client feedback with a positive, solution‑oriented approach. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Computer Graphics, or a related field. 2‑5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a studio or agency environment. Experience in hotel hospitality or luxury design projects is highly preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong creative and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Portfolio demonstrating strength in branding, layout, typography, and print/digital design.
