Job Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our existing pool of pre‑vetted candidates in order to successfully staff ongoing IT business opportunities. In this role, you will serve as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines. Review and filter candidates in pipeline following specific parameters and guidelines. Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively. Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams. Qualifications Experience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition. Adaptability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively. Nice to have: previous IT industry knowledge or technical background. Advanced level of English.
