Sobre nuestro cliente Nuestro cliente es una organización de gran tamaño, reconocida en el sector alimenticio por ofrecer servicios de alta calidad. Su enfoque principal es la optimización de procesos y la innovación en sus operaciones. Se dedica al sourcing de insumos locales, negociación con proveedores, importaciones, aduanas, 3PL y distribución a restaurantes. Descripción Describir y ejecutar la estrategia de procurement de alimentos (proteínas, vegetales, congelados, insumos importados y locales). Desarrollar y negociar con proveedores locales estratégicos. Coordinar importaciones desde EE. UU. (costa oeste), incluyendo cruces fronterizos, regulaciones Cofepris y manejo de congelados. Gestionar la relación con operadores logísticos (3PL) y asegurar cobertura nacional. Implementar procesos de distribución y logística para soportar aperturas en diferentes ciudades. Controlar costos, disponibilidad de producto, cumplimiento de fill rate y on-time delivery. Viajar a bodegas, centros de distribución y restaurantes para garantizar la ejecución en campo. Perfil buscado 5‑8 años de experiencia en Supply Chain/Procurement en QSR, food service, retail alimenticio o FMCG. Experiencia en manejo de congelados, cruces fronterizos y regulaciones Cofepris. Conocimiento en distribución y aperturas de nuevas unidades. Experiencia con proveedores locales y desarrollo de sourcing estratégico. Inglés avanzado o bilingüe. Perfil ejecutivo, hands‑on, alta movilidad y disposición a viajar. Persona con energía, hambre de crecer y compromiso a largo plazo. Qué ofrecemos Ubicación estratégica en México. Sueldo base mensual de $100,000 - $120,000 MXN brutos. Bono anual equivalente a 2 meses de sueldo. Prestaciones: 1 mes de aguinaldo; 12 días de vacaciones + 3‑4 días de personal days. Prima vacacional del 50%. Vales de despensa y gasolina. Auto utilitario con opción a compra. Base en CDMX; cobertura y viajes frecuentes al norte del país y unidades en desarrollo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
