We are seeking a Payroll Integrations Lead to contribute to our software engineering space and provide critical skills required for the development of cutting-edge products.The Payroll Integrations Lead is responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of integrations between payroll systems and other enterprise platforms (such as HR, Finance, and external vendors). This role requires a combination of technical expertise, payroll process knowledge, and strong project management skills. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between payroll systems and internal/external platforms.Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure accurate data transfer and regulatory compliance.Oversee the resolution of integration-related issues and ensure operational continuity.Document technical and functional processes related to integrations.Lead continuous improvement and technology upgrade projects within the payroll area.Ensure integrations meet legal and data security requirements.Provide technical and functional support to payroll and HR teams.
