Remote - Construction Estimator / Insurance

Responsibilities Work from a dynamic, growing construction company in the US. Assist with creating roofing and restoration estimates and following up and negotiating with Insurance Companies. Create roofing estimates using Xactimate. Submit estimates to Insurance Companies and negotiate with claim agents to ensure the estimate is approved. Desired skills / experience Excellent English level – C1 or higher (native speaker is a great plus). Previous experience negotiating claims with Insurance Companies (strongly desired). Knowledge of construction processes (degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a big plus). Good computer skills, functional knowledge of Excel, Office, CRM dialing software, and willingness to learn new processes and tools. Self‑motivated, energetic, proactive and highly responsible. Fast and reliable internet connection, own computer and headset. Benefits Base Salary: 161 USD a week. Attractive commission structure after trial period. Schedule: Mon – Fri 8 to 17 (1‑hour lunch) and Saturdays 9 to 14 PM. Work from home: no commute and no dress code. Close contact with management and company owners. Excellent work environment with a positive and supporting team always willing to help. No micromanagement – we care about the work getting done.
