Descripción del trabajoThe North America Cross Car Line organization is currently seeking a solutions-oriented Project Quality Manager Specialist to join the Top Hat, Platform and Modules team at the Stellantis US Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The Project Quality Manager Specialist is responsible for developing and executing standardization of manufacturing quality enablers.ResponsabilidadesPerform root cause analysis of quality issues, often using advanced problem‑solving tools (e.g., Kepner‑Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments) and recommend/implement cost‑effective permanent corrective actions.Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators, manage engineering changes with a cross‑functional team, and ensure timely execution.Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process changes before full implementation and serve as the point of contact for engineering quality and all product‑related incidents.Ensure delivery of third‑party quality metrics and provide creative thinking for data analysis and opportunity identification.Develop and execute standardization and manage cross‑functional responsibilities in a lean organization.Plan, prioritize, set goals and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.Communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership.Establish internal and external partnerships and influence without direct authority.Represent the Voice of the Customer to platform teams and contribute to team success by clarifying expectations and minimizing political hurdles.Demonstrate unwavering commitment to delivering results and champion achievements by translating ideas into actions.Calificaciones básicasBachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace/Aeronautical, Biomedical/Biomechanical/Bioengineering, Chemical, Civil or Materials) from an ABET‑accredited university.Minimum of 5 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large Tier 1.Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with a variety of people at all levels.Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information and communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.Self‑directed, team‑oriented with demonstrated planning and problem‑solving skills.Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software required.Calificaciones preferidasAssertive and ambitious nature.Results oriented.Motivated to make a positive impact in the work environment and on the quality of the products produced.BeneficiosOur benefits reflect the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
