Responsibilities Defines the type of maintenance to be performed on (BD - Break Down equipment, TBM, CBM, Autonomous Maintenance, Professional Maintenance) according to production plans and manpower available, reversing this approach to technical cleaning process. Uses TMS (Total Maintenance System) to be able to plan and schedule the PM activities. EWO (Emergency Work Order) analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Manages and ensures the correct technical documentation of the equipment. Monitors the warranty period of the systems / equipment, to request the free service maintenance on the part of the tool equipment from the suppliers. Provides a detailed analysis of performance indicators (OLE / OEE / MTBF / MTTR) and verify that they are developed with adequate recovery plans. Develop SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedures) and OPL (One Point Lessons) regarding the tools and the cycles according to possible repairment, replacement, testing, etc., as well as the operating frequency. Collaborates with suppliers of equipment and production engineering. Defines CBM activities for technical equipment. Management of contractors regarding his specialty. Management / repair work tool (engineering communications, tools, control units, electronic boards). Analysis of the check list for scheduling maintenance interventions. Manages the equipment/tools for backup. Develops the MP info for professional maintenance and ensures the read across (Machinery MP Info). Qualifications 5 years' experience. Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics. Advanced knowledge of ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, and COMAU robots. Intermediate knowledge of ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet, and PILZ communication networks. Intermediate handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs. Intermediate knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding. Intermediate knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems. Intermediate knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems. GD&T knowledge. Knowledge of induction curing systems. Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems. Knowledge and management of non-new model projects. Maintenance cost management. Preferred Skills Problem-solving.
